On Jul 21, 2024, President Biden announced his decision to no longer seek the 2024 presidency and has fully endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris. Earlier this year, Equality NC publicly announced our endorsement of Out for Biden, placing our faith and trust in the Biden-Harris campaign. President Biden has been a phenomenal leader in creating equality throughout our country and protecting the rights of our community. His efforts have laid the foundation for Vice President Harris to continue her efforts in protecting reproductive rights, racial justice, and expanding resources for our LGBTQ+ youth. It has been an honor to support President Biden throughout his campaign. We are incredibly thankful for President Biden’s leadership and proudly stand by our endorsement for Vice President Harris. With so much on the line, it is vital that we recognize the experience she brings and the opportunities for progress we will have with her as our next president.
